1. We process orders once a day with the cut off time at 12:00 pm GMT+0800 daily. If you place order after the cut off time, items will only be shipped on the next working day.

2. All items must be paid in full before we are able to process your order. 

3. We will decide the courier service provider for delivery to West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart.

4. The shipping fee within West Malaysia (Peninsular) is RM 10 per shipment. And RM 12 per kilogram for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

5. The delivery time will be from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Usually it takes 3 to 5 days to arrive within West Malaysia (Peninsular), and 2 to 3 weeks within East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Delivery on business days only, excluding public holidays, depending on the business operation hours set by respective courier companies, which may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
